Shipping Policy

Our goal is to make delivery simple and stress-free. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Delivery areas & cost
We currently deliver across Pakistan only; international shipping isn't available yet. Orders above Rs. 2,000 ship free — orders below that carry a flat delivery fee of Rs. [X]. Each order ships to a single address. If you'd like items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Processing & delivery time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)
• Major cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch
• Other areas: 7–8 working days from dispatch

Orders placed on Sunday are processed the next business day. Delivery times may run longer during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Order confirmation & tracking
You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, and a tracking link once your order ships. If either hasn't arrived, reach out and we'll resend it.

Payment on delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payment by card. Please don't pay the rider anything beyond the amount shown on your order. If money was deducted for an online payment but you never received an order confirmation, the transaction likely wasn't completed on our end — contact your bank, as these amounts are typically reversed automatically within a few business days.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it's dispatched — usually within 4 hours of placing it. Once it's shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number..
