1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mak-tech.store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & pricing
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occasionally happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before processing it, and you can choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Prices are listed in [PKR] and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via [card / PayFast / etc.]. Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway; we don't store your full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timeframes and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

6. Returns, exchanges & warranty
Returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy. Any manufacturer warranty on a product is separate from our return policy and is honored according to the warranty terms provided with that product.

7. Product use & safety
Our products should be used according to the instructions provided. MAK-TECH is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or use with incompatible devices.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including logos, product photos, descriptions, and text — belongs to MAK-TECH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MAK-TECH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
